Cancellation and Refund Policy

RESERVATION

  • Please make advance reservations via the website to ensure room availability.
  • The full amount of the reservation is due at the time of booking.  Online Payment is mandatory to obtain the confirmed reservation. Please read the cancellation policy before obtaining the confirmed reservation.
  • Rates displayed online are not guaranteed until the confirmation voucher is generated. The date of your reservation needs to be entered to view the correct rates for your stay.  The rates are generally dynamic in nature. Once a rate is selected and a transaction is executed by you, no other rate is applicable either higher or lower and no refund is admissible.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel the reservation if it appears, at sole discretion of the owners, that a guest is engaged in fraudulent, illegal or other inappropriate activity or the reservation is obtained fraudulently or with intent to deceive, mistake, or error.
  • All extra services & amenities not part of this offer will be available at an additional charge only.
  • All rates are subject to prevailing local taxes as applicable on room tariff & services opted.


DEPOSIT/ ONLINE PAYMENT

  • The online payment to be paid in advance equivalent to the total amount due for the confirmed reservation.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In case your plans change, ensure to cancel your reservation prior to 5 days before your reservation to receive a 100% refund
  • In the case you made an error in your reservation, changes need to be made within 24 hours of the reservation.  This is not valid for same day reservations
  • Any additional charges or rate difference for the modified reservation can be paid through the same payment mode/card as used for original reservation.
  • In case of early checkout, you are liable to pay for the entire confirmed reservation. 


REFUND POLICY

  • On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between two(2)-to four(4) weeks to show refund back on your credit card statement. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. 


CHECK IN

  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
  • Check-out is at 11:00 am
  • Early check-in and check-out may be available by prior arrangement only. This is subject to availability only and is not guaranteed.  Additional charges may apply. 


MODIFICATION

  • Any modification in the reservation is subject to availability at the time of making the request.


NON-ARRIVAL TO THE HOTEL (NO SHOW)

  • If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date the entire reservation will be canceled automatically by the owner and will be charged for the entire reservation.
  • If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay, please, urgently, contact us to keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-canceled and no refund admissible.


SHORTENED STAY (EARLY CHECK-OUT)

  • There are no discounts for shortened stays. Shortened stay is subject to the entire period charge whether or not you stay the entire period. 


PAYMENT SECURITY

It is important to know that whenever you provide the personal details or credit card information, it is secured. Your credit card number, name, address, and telephone number are protected by the latest security technology.
